We offer a wide range of henna night venue options, from traditional homes to professional salons, from garden settings to hotel ballrooms. We combine traditional elements with modern touches, such as special throne rentals for the circumcised child, the provision of a prince's costume, a horseback parade, and a welcome accompanied by drums and zurna (a traditional Turkish folk music instrument). We ensure that young guests enjoy the day with children's entertainment, clown shows, magicians, puppet shows, face painting, balloon decorating workshops, playgrounds, and entertainment stands. We recommend booking weddings at least 6-8 months in advance. Summer and the June-September period are particularly busy, so booking early not only increases your venue options but also offers a price advantage. For henna nights and engagements, 3-4 months in advance may be sufficient. However, for emergencies, we can arrange events even 1-2 months in advance, subject to availability.

Package costs vary depending on the event, but generally include venue rental, decorations, table and chair arrangements, floral arrangements, catering (food and beverage), music/DJ, coordinator services, service personnel, lighting, and a basic sound system. Additional services such as photography and videography, special stage shows, and fireworks are charged separately. We will provide you with a detailed price breakdown during your initial consultation.

Absolutely! We have package options to suit every budget. We'll work with you to prioritize your budget. We can reduce costs by minimizing certain decorative elements, optimizing venue selection, or offering date flexibility. Our goal is to help every couple realize their dream event.

Yes, we offer full remote event planning services using online meetings and digital presentation tools. We maintain regular communication via WhatsApp, Zoom, and email. We share venue visuals, decor designs, and all other details digitally. We recommend a one-time visit to Alanya 1-2 weeks before the event, but even that isn't mandatory.

Of course! Our supplier network is extensive, but if you have a preferred baker, photographer, or musician, we can coordinate with them as well. We just need to contact them in advance for coordination. Alternatively, you can simply coordinate with your own suppliers.

Yes! Our event day coordinator team is on-site from early morning until late at night. We actively participate in all stages of setup, preparation, event flow, and completion. We manage all operational aspects while you and your guests enjoy your day.

Our primary service area is Alanya and the surrounding area (Mahmutlar, Oba, Avsallar, Konakli, Kargıcak). We also offer events in Antalya city center, Side, Manavgat, and Gazipaşa. We serve all of Antalya; transportation costs will be added for outlying areas.

Yes! We organize a pre-wedding rehearsal day. Rehearsals are essential, especially if you're planning a choreographed entrance, first dance, or special performance. The rehearsal day also provides an opportunity to visit the venue, test the sound system, and review the flow. This service is typically included in premium packages but can be added to other packages for an additional fee.

Yes, child-focused entertainment is a priority at circumcision ceremonies. Elements like animation, playgrounds, and a children's menu are included. Traditional elements like the prince's costume, throne rental, and drums and zurna are also included. We plan separate entertainment for both children and adults. These are generally shorter than weddings (4-5 hours).
